Diamond Hill North Side Youth Association has partnered with Fort Worth Police Athletic League to offer flag football and 7-on-7 this Spring season.
Diamond Hill North Side (DHNS) Youth Association provides youth sports, youth development and athletic opportunities for at-risk youth in the community. The mission of the Diamond Hill North Side Youth Association is to foster physical and intellectual development of our youth, as well as engage kids in leadership, sportsmanship, self-respect, and life enrichment.
Fort Worth Police Athletic League (FWPAL) is a non-profit organization, that through collaboration between police and the community, works to serve the youth of Fort Worth. The mission of the Fort Worth Police Athletic League is to unite the communities of Fort Worth with its Police Department by providing youth programs and mentorship that motivates, inspires and develops confidence, trust and respect.
DHNS Youth Association will be hosting conditioning drills at the Diamond Hill Community Block Party on Saturday, March 31st at Diamond Hill Community Center. Join us for this community event and come register for fall football/cheer. We will be taking payments for fall fees during this event.
Diamond Hill North Side Youth Association was recently recognized as a Blue Zones Project Fort Worth Participating Organization. We were presented with a Blue Zones Project banner and certificate by BZPFW’s Ricky Cotto and Fort Worth City Councilmember Carlos Flores. Join us for the DHNS Homecoming Carnival & Games. Enjoy carnival games and great food from 11AM-3PM. Plus, football games will go on through 7PM. Invite your family and friends!
There will be a dunk booth, bounce house, fish game, balloon darts and more. Come for the nachos, hot dogs, hot links, burgers and brisket sandwiches. All funds raised at carnival booths goes toward player/cheerleader end-of-season gifts. Support our DHNS Youth!

During October, DHNS is Pumping Up Purple for Lupus Awareness. Players, cheerleaders, coaches and parents are encouraged to wear purple during the month of October to raise awareness of lupus. No pink this year. It’s time to tackle lupus!
DHNS will also be selling purple socks and wristbands during practice. Check with Roxanne on the availability of Pump Up Purple for Lupus shirts. Also, you can visit the Lupus Foundation to learn more about the disease.

DHNS Photo Day has been rescheduled for Tuesday, October 17th! Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. America’s Best Sports Photography will come out and take pictures and print a proof onsite. Payment is due onsite when you place your order. Photos will be mailed to your home.

Bring your child’s helmet. Dress them in regular light clothing. No cleats. Wear tennis shoes or flip flops.
All birth certificates must be turned into your Head Coach, Team Mom or Roxanne by THURSDAY, AUGUST 24TH. There will be no outside food or drinks allowed in gym. Concession stand will be available onsite.
If you cannot make weigh-ins on this date and time, you have the option to do early weigh-ins on Wednesday, August 23rd for a fee of $10. If your child does not attend weigh-ins, they will be considered a sticker player and will be ineligible to play any position other than on the line. No exceptions!
DHNS Football will be using Team App to communicate with parents this season. Simply download “Team App” on your phone and then search for “DHNS” to find your team. Be sure to enable push notifications to get important updates all season long.
League reps, coaches and team moms will use the app to communicate league news and team reminders. The app will also feature the season’s schedule, as soon as it is available, as well as the addresses to game fields and more.
