Launched in 2020, the IMPACT Change project seeks to promote positive interactions between police, youth and the community through youth sports and effective dialogue. The project will also highlight stories and expressions that give voice and understanding to marginalized youth. In 2018, DHNS Youth Association was selected as a recipient of a ToolBox Grant from the North Texas Community Foundation for the Champions of Change project. The project included conducting a community wellness needs assessment and developing a community action plan. Learn More
